Do I have to register to place an order?
Absolutely not! You may shop whenever you wish without registering. However, the benefits of registering are numerous! If you register, well keep you informed of special events and promotions, and well even give you handy reminders of approaching birthdays! Plus, there are no registration fees!

Standard ShippingOur Standard Shipping method is UPS Ground. Your toys will arrive in 7-10 business days. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Continental U.S. orders require a physical street address (no P.O. Boxes).
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will ship Parcel Post. Orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Express ShippingWith UPS 2nd Day Air, your order will arrive within 2-3 business days. With UPS Next Day Air, your order will arrive within 1-2 business days. With Priority Mail, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. If an item cant be sent by Express Shipping, it will be noted in the product description.
Is there a way to ship the toys I order to more than one location?
Yes. If youre ordering online, just place a separate order for each childs address. If youre ordering by phone, simply tell your order-taker where youd like each item sent
well handle the rest!
Will my child be able to identify the contents of my order when it arrives?
To help maximize the surprise factor of each order, we do not use manufacturer packaging for the shipping boxes. But, each box in the order will feature our Toys to Grow On logo and a small item description on the shipping label.

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been submitted?
Once you click, your order will stick! It will go directly into our fulfillment system so we can get your items to you as fast as possible. So, once your order is in the system, we cant alter or cancel it. Dont worry, though! We have the best return policy around: If youre not 100% thrilled with any item, well gladly provide a credit or refund for the full price of the product. Can I check the status of my order?
All registered users can access order tracking from the My Account page. If you did not log in prior to submitting your order, dont worry. Simply e-mail Customer Service or call (800) 874-4242, Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 a.m., PST, and well be happy to track the order for you.
If I do need to return an item, how do I go about it?
To return an item for a full refund or an exchange, just complete the information on the back of the packing list and return it with the item. If you no longer have the packing list, just write your billing name and address on any piece of paper, along with your phone number or e-mail address
plus a brief note telling us whether youd like a refund or an exchange for another product. Please send your package via UPS to:

What if I forget my password or user name?
Forget your password? No problem! Just go to sign in, enter your user name, and click on e-mail my clue. Well e-mail your password clue shortly. If you still cannot remember your password, please re-register to become a new member. (Unfortunately, you wont be able to view past order history placed with your original user name.)

How can I be added to or deleted from Toys to Grow Ons e-mail list?
You will be added to Toys to Grow Ons e-mail list when you register to become a member unless you uncheck the box asking if youd like to sign up for our e-mail list. You can also sign up without registering when you place an order or request a catalog.
